The Love Movement is a socially conscious brand that was created in November 2016.
We create original wearable art and unique products to inspire, inform and encourage LOVE. We seek to develop a culture that highly influences originality and self-expression in the most innovative ways possible. Our plan is to become a global brand and a household name by transparently finding a way to trail blaze our own path to success.

As far back as I can remember into my childhood, my LOVE for art has always been there. My fondest memories are after school on Friday nights sketching and drawing out images and t-shirt concepts while watching TGIF. I used to sit and imagine, " what it would be like if I could put these images into a machine and bring my ideas to life?"

Who ever knew that years later I would have actually discovered a "machine" I could use to breathe life into my ideas?

As the old saying goes... "If you LOVE something, set it free. If it comes back, then it was meant to be." Somewhere after college, my focus shifted away from art. I started feeling like it wasn't meant to be. This came from an inconsistent focus and not having a real vision for my future at that time. I began my working career and became a Custodial Manager over some years. This line of work was not fulfilling to my soul, but it was a way to make ends meet. After taking on my second management position at an Elementary school, I still was unfulfilled and started feeling like I had a bigger purpose in life. This feeling brought me back full circle to what brings me complete joy and happiness. It was my LOVE for art.

Growing up in St. Louis Missouri, there was always a solid example of what LOVE was and represented within my own family structure. I grew up in a family of 12 siblings (six boys and six girls) to a mother and father who have now been married over 54 years.

I learned that LOVE is what makes the world go around. There are many variations of LOVE. There are also many shapes and sizes to LOVE. It is a universal language everyone on this planet can identify with. LOVE is a symbol of unification that anyone can identify with regardless of age, language, culture and beliefs. And what is even more special is that you can find all of these same elements in art. After spending time exploring different job industries and attempting to change my focus, the LOVE of art continued to move on my heart and there was no way for me to escape it!
The Love Movement is an expression of art with a message for the entire world. To continue coming together as a community, as a country and as a globe we must spread more LOVE.
